This week I parted ways with Jefferson Morley’s Substack effort JFK Facts.
The issue for me is complicity and collaboration. The issue for Morley appears to be the Facts just the Facts.
So in the context of current events his effort to extract a defined set of facts from the United States Archives with respect to various actions of the Central Intelligence Agency, and other actors in the government at the time of JFK’s assassination, gives license to work closely with the same people who are dismantling myriad government systems whose role is to provide the current population with facts about their health, their planet’s health, and their welfare.
An administration that is hell bent on putting us into a state of consciousness equivalent to North Korea (only one ruled by white men with Sharpies) is not the one I will spend a single second with asking “who killed my president?”
I will not impugn the motives of Morley and anyone following him but I will declare my view of the substance of their actions.
Complicity.
Collaboration.
Once I get my mind around the ways to resist Trump’s daily shit show I will resume my quest to understand how Lee Oswald was framed and share with you the best thinking I can find about how that was done, and therefore how Kennedy was murdered.
Just to repeat I have a tiny personal window of insight into some of Lee’s dynamics because he spent much of 1963 hanging out with a first cousin of my former wife.
My understanding of the close knit Boston Brahmin clan that Michael Paine came from sheds, I believe, light on the question of why was Lee hanging out with Michael, and therefore who was Lee.
John Kennedy died for this country. I will not collaborate with those seeking to dismantle that vision of a rich diverse country of equity that includes all of us.
To put it bluntly the people who Morley is begging facts from are the people who are killing JFK s vision.
Obscene.
